This Privacy Policy describes how Driveawaydreams.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
Collecting Personal Information

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This is collected using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels, and is shared with our merchant processor for business purposes.

This is used to process your transaction, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising. Minors

Browser Identification
When you visit our site, we set a long-lived first-party cookie (dad-bid) to recognize your browser across visits. We use this to remember your shopping cart, link incomplete checkouts to follow-up communications, and improve site performance. The cookie does not contain personally identifiable information; we associate it with the email and phone number you provide only when you submit them on our checkout or popup forms. The cookie expires after 2 years. You can clear it via your browser’s cookie settings.
SMS Marketing
Drive Away Dreams, LLC operates a recurring marketing and transactional text message (SMS) program. Providing your mobile phone number does not by itself enroll you. You are enrolled only if you separately opt in — by checking the dedicated SMS consent box at checkout or on our opt-in form, or by texting us a start keyword. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages (such as giveaway updates, entry confirmations, cart and abandonment reminders, and special offers) from Drive Away Dreams at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sweepstakes entry.
Message frequency varies (up to ~8 messages/month). Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP, email support@driveawaydreams.com, or call (844) 237-3267. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the messaging platform providers and carriers that help us operate the program, or as required by law.
Using Personal Information
We use your personal information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your Personal Information, we will notify you and any applicable authority as required by law.
